These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Entry platform and website at www.askentry.com ("Service"), operated by Entry ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

Entry provides an AI-powered receptionist platform that answers phone calls, manages emails, books appointments, and follows up with leads on behalf of your business. The Service includes:

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel or change your plan at any time through your dashboard, with changes taking effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited access to the Service at no cost. We reserve the right to modify the features or limits of the Free plan at any time. Free plan accounts that remain inactive for 12 months may be automatically deleted.

7. Call Recording and Data

You acknowledge that the Service records and processes phone calls made to your connected phone number. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of call recording complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining any required consent from callers. Our AI assistant discloses to callers that they are speaking with an AI at the beginning of each call.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as CRMs, calendars, and booking systems). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by Entry and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Entry harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
